Students and adults diagnosed with a disability, their caregivers, educators, and community members are invited to attend an evening with local providers to learn what services and resources are available post-graduation for students and adults diagnosed with a disability. Middle and High School caregivers across Eastern Iowa are encouraged to attend to begin the process of creating a plan of action for their students for the remainder of their high school career and the transition to adulthood.
