Please join us for The Arc’s Annual Summer Potluck with the cyclists from Journey of Hope an Ability Experience. The potluck will be at 5:30 PM at Cleveland Park (1600 9th Ave SW) and will be followed by a softball game played by The Arc’s two softball teams at 6:30 PM.
Each summer the young men of Journey of Hope, cycle across the United States to raise awareness for individuals diagnosed with a disability. Along the way, they stay at non-profits spreading their message of hope and acceptance and we are excited to have them return to our building this year. Admission to the game is free and don’t forget your lawn chairs.
Please RSVP by July 12th with the number of people in your party to Shelby Roth at sroth@arceci.org. After your RSVP, you will receive a link to sign up for your potluck appetizer or side dish. A main dish of meat will be provided by The Arc.
Special thanks to the staff of Mercy Urgent Care South for providing drinks and desserts!
The weather will be monitored the day of the event to ensure everyone’s safety and any changes will be communicated via The Arc’s Facebook page.
