Sign Up To Play Unified Softball

We are looking for players for our Unified Softball teams!
We are looking for players and “peer partners” who are at least 15 years of age. Each player is required to have a “peer partner” who can assist them on the field, as a coach, or in other areas as needed. No experience is necessary, just team spirit and a willingness to have fun.
Games will be held on Tuesday evenings from June 13th through July 25th and will be held at Ellis Park in Cedar Rapids (2000 Ellis Boulevard NW). Schedules and event info will be distributed a week before the first game.
Registration forms MUST be returned no later than May 10th.
There is a registration fee of $15.00 that includes a team t-shirt. This years’ color is Medium Gray! Please be sure to include your t-shirt size and payment with the registration form. Feel free to order additional t-shirts for family and friends who might be attending the games.
Each additional shirt is $10.00 each.
