As an Employment Specialist you will work 1:1 with individuals to prepare and support them in discovering job opportunities, creating a resume, interviewing skills, and assisting them as they enter the workforce by coordinating on-site coaching, monitoring their success, and communicating with employers to ensure expectations are being met.
If you enjoy problem solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and collaborating with peers, funding partners, and area businesses, we encourage you to apply. The ability to represent The Arc professionally in verbal and written communication is required. Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel are integral to this position. High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or commensurate work experience preferred.
This is a full-time, benefit eligible position including PTO, health, vision, and dental insurance. This position is Monday-Friday with occasional schedule flexibility required.
