The Arc envisions a world where everyone belongs. In this role you will work with adult members of our community with disabilities. Our mission is focused on empowering these individuals to engage in lifelong opportunities to live, learn, work, play, and advocate with full dignity and inclusion. Our Day Habilitation program does just that. Each day individuals participate in meaningful activities in the community. This might include volunteering at the library, delivering meals to those who are homebound, participating in art classes, increasing their independence by learning to use the city bus, and many more activities.

As the Day Habilitation Supervisor, you will supervise the work of Direct Service Providers (DSPs) by coordinating community-based activities and staff assignments. If you enjoy thinking strategically, setting goals, and driving performance within a team to achieve results, we encourage you to apply.

The qualified individual must possess problem solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail, collaboration with peers, and clear verbal and written communication. Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel are integral to this position. An associate degree in human services or other related field preferred but commensurate experience will be considered. Prior supervisory experience in human services is highly desired.

This is a Monday – Friday, full-time, benefit eligible position including PTO, health, vision, and dental insurance.
