The Arc is a member based organization. This means we are governed by you, our members. According to our by-laws, we must have an annual meeting to elect our board of directors and conduct other annual business as necessary. Our board is comprised of community volunteers that meet monthly to represent our members and guide our agency.

The annual meeting will also include a short presentation highlighting our activities in the last twelve months and defining our goals for the coming fiscal year. Please mark your calendar for 6:00pm on Sept 27th.
